I have to sometimes wonder what the public would think if an arrow shot out of the sky and pierced a few annoying punks.

Divine punishment from above? Serial killer? Terrorist?

I think that would get the point across more than a sign that says: "HEY, ASSBAG, TYING SANDBAGS TO DEER IS PROHIBITED."
